Kate MasseyWe recently did a pretty large scale exterior renovation – new hardie board, windows, roof, outdoor lighting and paint job. We were really nervous seeing what the bones of our old home really looked like. We got several quotes and Russel came out multiple times to look at all the options with us. For everything he did he offered several options and when we found repairs that were needed under the surface (very old home) Russell showed us the exact spots and didn’t up charge or try to oversell. The whole process was about what was best for us long term. Russell was always quick to return calls and texts – he always was the first to let us know any changes or updates so we never had to be surprised. At the end of the day Russell does projects right and wants to keep clients for the long term. We plan to go back him for any future projects or renovations!
